Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant/Laundry Attendant to join our exceptional team at our prestigious hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay. Your attention to detail, professional demeanor, and dedication to exceptional service will contribute to our guests' memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, sanitary, and inviting
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces
• Replenish amenities, supplies, and linens in guest rooms
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies
• Attend to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, following established protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
