Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring every detail meets high standards of hygiene and presentation. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, customer service, and facility maintenance while working in a dynamic environment. Hours are from 8AM-no later then 5PM. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and courteously Manage custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required, adhering to safety and hygiene standards Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning products; ability to operate floor scrubbers or carpet cleaners is a plus Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks over extended periods Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
