Job Summary Join our team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a clean and welcoming church environment. This energetic position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas, ensuring that every space reflects our mission. If you take pride in your attention to detail, this opportunity is perfect for you! Your dedication will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our facility. Duties Perform daily cleaning duties thru out the building(s) Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies. Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks to uphold health and safety standards Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and address them promptly Manage cleaning schedules effectively to ensure all areas are serviced on time and meet quality expectations Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently A positive attitude combined with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff and church members
