Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial properties. Your energetic approach and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that our spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and appearance, creating a positive experience for everyone who visits or works within our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety concerns regarding fixtures, or any structural elements Use proper techniques to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing (training can be provided) Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and industrial cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Prior experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating clean, safe environments that inspire confidence and comfort!
