Summary An exclusive whiskey club in the heart of bourbon country, is hiring a Member Residence and Hospitality Steward to maintain the elevated standards of cleanliness, presentation, and member readiness across all club facilities. This position ensures that guest accommodations, club spaces, offices, and shared environments consistently reflect the club's commitment to exceptional hospitality, privacy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate takes pride in anticipating needs, maintaining immaculate environments, and supporting seamless member experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest cabins, restrooms, offices, lounges, and common areas to luxury-hospitality standards. Prepare guest accommodations prior to arrivals, including linen changes, amenity placement, and presentation checks. Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, paper goods, and hospitality amenities. Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks including floors, windows, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces. Monitor facility condition and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with event set-up and post-event restoration of spaces as requested. Ensure cleaning equipment and supply areas remain organized, stocked, and properly maintained. Follow confidentiality and privacy protocols at all times when working in member or guest areas. Support seasonal or special property readiness projects as assigned. Work quietly, efficiently, and discreetly in member-facing environments, taking initiative to anticipate needs before they're requested.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or private-club experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion. Positive, service-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing, walking, and bending required throughout the workday. Frequently lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds. Constant repetitive motion required to perform cleaning tasks and operate standard housekeeping equipment. Ability to work both indoors and occasionally outdoors, depending on property needs. #
