As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or hospitality spaces, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the highest standards of hygiene and comfort, making every space shine. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to keep surfaces pristine. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous operations. Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining detailed cleanliness records. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with laundry processes and managing cleaning supplies efficiently. Knowledge of janitorial or commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
