Job Description
Spring-Fall Seasonal Position The Craigville Beach Inn and Ocean View are family-owned and operated hospitality properties located in Centerville, Massachusetts. We have proudly welcomed guests for more than 10 years and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the season. The Ocean View is located directly across from Craigville Beach, while the Craigville Beach Inn is just up the road near Four Seas Ice Cream. Position Overview Housekeeping team members play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests. Responsibilities include preparing guest rooms after check-out, maintaining occupied rooms during guest stays, assisting with laundry, and helping keep the property grounds looking their best. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms after check-out Clean and sanitize bathrooms and guest areas Make beds and replenish linens and amenities Vacuum, dust, and disinfect rooms and common areas Refresh occupied guest rooms during their stay Assist with laundry operations Help maintain the appearance of the property and grounds Work as part of a team to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to take direction and follow established procedures No experience necessary—we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout the day This is a physically active position and a great fit for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a fast-paced environment.
