Pay:

$20•$21/hour

Shift:

After 5 PM to 10 pm/ 5 pm to 11 pm Cleaning Area•Medical office buildings (clinics)

Location:

Cape Cod Area (Rover Position•primary hub in Hyannis, with travel required to 4-5 local sites; gas reimbursement for business travel) Summary We are seeking a dedicated Rover Housekeeper to join our team at TESCO, Inc. This role is essential in ensuring that our regional facilities are kept clean, organized, and welcoming. Based primarily out of Hyannis, this flexible position will cover 4 to 5 locations across the Cape Cod area to support facility needs where needed most. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces across designated Cape Cod locations. Travel reliably between assigned facility sites, serving primarily at the Hyannis location while covering 4 to 5 surrounding Cape area sites as needed. Manage housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels for cleaning products at designated sites. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards across all assigned locations. Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff on best practices and procedures. Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance from site staff or management. Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred. Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to commute between local facility locations. Flexibility to work across 4 to 5 satellite locations in the Cape region (gas costs reimbursed for travel beyond the primary Hyannis site). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management and punctuality. Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
