We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaning Technicians who take pride in their work and care about providing an excellent experience for our clients. This is a hands-on, on-site residential cleaning position. You will travel to multiple clients\' homes throughout the workday and may work independently or as part of a team, depending on the daily schedule.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

Professionally clean clients\' homes according to 520 Cleaning Solutions standards and procedures. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other areas included in each service. Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning. Complete laundry and dishes when required as part of the client\'s service. Make beds, change linens, and perform light organizing when required. Carefully follow client-specific instructions. Every home is different, and attention to these details is essential. Follow company cleaning procedures, checklists, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Work efficiently within the scheduled time assigned to each home while maintaining quality standards. Perform a final quality check before leaving each home. Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely and correctly. Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and management. Travel between multiple client locations throughout the workday.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver\'s license. Must have your own reliable and insured vehicle available for work. Must be comfortable driving between client locations throughout the workday. Must be comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats. Many of our clients have pets! Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Previous professional residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or similar experience is preferred. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow company procedures, checklists, and client-specific instructions. Good time-management skills and ability to work efficiently within scheduled service times. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to receive feedback, learn our cleaning system, and consistently follow established standards. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, carry cleaning equipment, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
