We welcome all to our newly renovated 88 all-suite hotel with full kitchens. At our Residence Inn® by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton, our guests are greeted with genuine hospitality by a team of associates that is committed to provide a clean and safe environment! Our Brockton hotel is in the center of it all. Easy access to Cape Cod, Boston, or Plymouth. In close proximity to Stonehill College, Bridgewater State, and Wheaton College. Ten minutes to the only Ikea in Massachusetts. Our guests enjoy a free hot and healthy breakfast served daily. The Residence Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates. A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role:

Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests. Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs. And most importantly an engaging personality.
