Housekeeping Manager/Operations Manager Benefits Competitive salary based on previous experience ranging from $15 to $18 per hour worked 3 weeks paid time off available to be accrued per year 40 hours PTO available to rollover each year Health Insurance Benefits- partial coverage paid by hotel Dental Insurance Benefits

- coverage paid by hotel 401k plan with employer matching 100% up to 6% of personal contributions Paid holidays Monthly MBTA pass paid by hotel Responsibilities Report to Front Desk at beginning of shift, pick up key, and return key at end of shift Ability to follow shift checklist and accurately record notes throughout your shift Clean and maintain any and all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, checking of room lights, television, spot cleaning, and stocking all room supplies Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers Keep all doors closed when cleaning for safety and security purposes Report any items missing from rooms and suites Report all items in need of repair to supervisor and maintain equipment used in work All lost and found are to be taken to the office as soon as they are found and not at the end of one?
