Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms. Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are replenished. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred; hospitality experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
