The Opportunity:

Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that our members and guests enjoy a pristine and inviting environment. As a crucial part of our hospitality team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and orderliness that our esteemed members expect.

Duties and Functions:

Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and recreational facilities to ensure they are presentable, comfortable, and safe. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures. Ensuring the availability of clean and well-stocked linen and amenities for guest use. Sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchenettes, and communal areas to prevent the spread of germs. Handling and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures. Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including table and chair arrangement. Reporting any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate department. Adhering to established club policies and procedures related to housekeeping and safety. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member and guest requests or concerns.

Qualifications Qualification Standards:

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and club members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate to heavy objects. A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
