Inside, the Clubhouse continues to impress with a luxurious grand ballroom that accommodates up to 275 guests. The ballroom features elegant French doors, tall floor-to-ceiling windows, and exquisite chandeliers that create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal setting for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. In addition to its acclaimed golf course and Clubhouse, Charter Oak Country Club offers a variety of amenities designed to enhance the member experience. The club boasts several tennis courts, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, an adult jacuzzi, and a baby pool area, ensuring recreation and relaxation for members of all ages. Complementing these facilities are well-appointed changing areas, showers, and a snack bar, all thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience for members and their guests. Experience Required Basic golf knowledge and customer service experience are a plus. Essential Responsibilities Position Overview This is a seasonal position offering approximately 20-25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Charter Oak Country Club is seeking a Locker Room Attendant to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming locker room environment for our members and guests. This individual plays an important role in delivering a first-class club experience by ensuring attention to detail, professionalism, and personalized service at all times. Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker room, showers, restrooms, and common areas
• Provide services such as shoe cleaning, polishing, and minor shoe care
• Assist members with lockers, towels, toiletries, and personal requests
• Restock supplies including towels, toiletries, beverages, and other essentials
• Monitor locker room conditions throughout the day and address needs proactively
• Communicate effectively with golf shop staff and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and member service Qualifications
