This role is primarily focused on housekeeping and family assistance, with childcare support provided as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, flexible, and happy to step in wherever support is needed. The position includes managing the family's laundry, keeping the home organized, preparing meals for the children, running errands, and assisting with occasional childcare. The family is seeking someone reliable, proactive, and team-oriented who thrives in a busy household and can adapt as the family's needs and schedules change.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-charge laundry for a family of five, including washing, folding, ironing, and putting clothing away. Perform light housekeeping throughout the family's 8,000-square-foot home. Keep the household organized, tidy, and well-maintained. Prepare meals primarily for the children, including dinners and make-ahead meals. Handle household errands and other family-related tasks as needed. Complete grocery shopping for the household. Provide childcare support as needed around the children's active sports schedules. Collaborate with the family and existing cleaning service to help ensure the household operates smoothly. Maintain a positive, organized, and proactive approach to daily household responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Strong housekeeping and household organization skills. Experience managing full-charge laundry for a family. Comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals for children. Comfortable caring for children and providing occasional sole-charge childcare. Proactive, dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently while also working collaboratively with the family. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary:

$40 per hour

Schedule:

50 hours per week, including weekends.
