Houseperson - Full Time Position Courtyard Boston Norwood/Canton Are you looking to join a great hospitality team? We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Houseperson to support our Housekeeping and Operations teams while helping us deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Position Details:

Full-Time Position Schedule includes 3 daytime shifts and 2 evening shifts per week Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities Include:

Support daily Housekeeping operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel Assist Room Attendants with supplies, linens, and guest requests Maintain public areas, hallways, and back-of-house areas Remove trash and assist with housekeeping-related duties Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, banquet spaces, tables, chairs, and event areas Support banquet and meeting operations to ensure events are prepared and executed successfully

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Must be able to speak and understand English Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and guest-focused Hospitality or banquet experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Us?
