In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.'s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, housekeepers, under the supervision of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for the general cleanliness of assigned work areas, vacant apartments and the overall property.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and removing all trash and litter from offices, models, corporate apartments, laundry rooms, clubhouse, equipment rooms, public hallways, stairways, breezeways, vacant apartments, restrooms and any other assigned areas. Ensuring office and models are clean and "show-ready" Cleaning up after completing assigned work Picking up trash and litter on the grounds, emptying community/mail area trash cans Ensuring pool amenities are ready for residents' use (make sure pool amenities are always clean/sanitized)

Experience:

One year experience required preferably in the multifamily industry Great benefits including paid sick and vacation time, health, dental, vision and 401(k)
