Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents effectively Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided Qualifications Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning roles, including carpet cleaning and floor maintenance Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation practices, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus Familiarity with janitorial procedures enhances your suitability for this role Must provide valid driver's license and Social Security number
