Position Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel public areas while providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of showing up on time and being reliable . Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and Marriott brand standards. Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, mop, and restock room amenities. Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they are ready for arriving guests. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or guest concerns to the appropriate department. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas throughout the shift. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Respect guest privacy and hotel property. Work cooperatively with other housekeeping team members and hotel departments. What We Are Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance is essential. Must be able to arrive on time and be ready to work at the scheduled start time . Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a clean room. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to help guests and coworkers. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate . Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
