Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas when necessary. Implement proper janitorial and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment inside homes. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards. Assist with outdoor work when required, including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple appointments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface dusting. Outdoor work experience is advantageous for handling exterior cleaning tasks when needed.
