Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces effectively Care for floors by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, floor care, and stain removal Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as sweeping porches, patios, or walkways when required Use proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or appliances safely during deep cleaning or rearrangements Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for efficient workflow Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial, air bnb or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Experience with housekeeper management is preferred Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus Has own means of transportation Has own cleaning supplies Join us to make a difference by creating clean, welcoming homes!
