Responsibilities Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to hotel standards Make beds and replace linens and towels Clean and sanitize bathrooms Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust and clean furniture and surfaces Replenish toiletries and other guest room supplies Restock beverages and food items in mini bars, when applicable Clean and maintain assigned public areas, including hallways Report maintenance issues and other concerns to the appropriate department Respond to guest requests and questions in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with retrieving lost items Ensure all assigned rooms are clean, organized, and ready by the end of the shift Follow hotel safety and security procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable and able to meet performance standards High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
