Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every space you care for is spotless, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Conduct floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces Manage residential or commercial cleaning schedules effectively to meet client expectations Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used responsibly to promote safety and efficiency Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing with precision Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience with laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeping management is a plus Basic cooking skills are advantageous for preparing light meals or snacks when needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in maintaining clean environments while delivering top-tier service.
