Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property. Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial supplies and equipment to maximize efficiency. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial work, and hotel standards. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality environments is a plus. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and general janitorial practices. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality standards for cleanliness and guest service enhances your ability to excel in this role. Previous housekeeper management experience is beneficial for those interested in supervisory responsibilities.
