Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Perform detailed floor care using appropriate cleaning equipment for various flooring types to preserve their appearance and safety Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs and uphold quality standards Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures in accordance with health regulations and company policies Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain operational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Excellent attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals; prior housekeeping management experience is a plus Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality service with a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
