Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Cleaning Sub-Contractor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of various commercial facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional environment by delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet industry standards. As a vital part of our operations, you will ensure that all spaces are sanitized, well-maintained, and inviting for clients, staff, and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a safe and hygienic workplace environment. We are looking for teams that service the following -

Baltimore/Baltimore County/Howard County/Prince Georges County/Montgomery County QualificationsRequirements:

Must operate as a legitimate registered cleaning business Must have current general liability insurance Must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) Must have reliable transportation and professional cleaning equipment Must have experience with commercial cleaning Must be dependable and able to consistently meet scheduled cleaning requirements Must demonstrate professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail Must be able to communicate effectively and respond promptly to client/service needs Must be willing to follow So Nice Cleaning LLC's cleaning standards, procedures, and quality-control requirements

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
