Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various residential and commercial spaces. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to sanitation will ensure our clients' spaces are spotless and well-maintained. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your cleaning expertise while contributing to a positive experience for our customers. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are pristine Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage Assist with janitorial duties such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning carts Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience for multi-service environments or hospitality settings Join us if you're passionate about creating clean environments that make a difference!
