Job Description

Part or Full-time housekeeping position available at the Elk Forge Bed and Breakfast in Elkton, MD. Responsibilities include cleaning of guest rooms and public areas and doing laundry servicing of linens.
Requirements:
  • Must have prior cleaning experience
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Job can be somewhat physically demanding so applicant must be in good physical health and be able to carry linens and cleaning supplies up and down stairs several times in one work shift without difficulty.
Cleaning hours are generally from 10AM to 3-4 in the afternoon, but varies depending on the day. Hourly plus gratuity based pay (housekeepers generally average between $15 and $25+ per hour including tips).
