Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Execute specialized floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, waxing, buffing, and polishing hard floors Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Experience Preferred — Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided. Physical Requirements — Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods. Reliability — Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Transportation — Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Background Check — Must pass a standard background screening.
