Hotel Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant - Days Inn Frederick Days Inn Frederick is looking for dependable and hardworking Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. In this important role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will play a key part in delivering an excellent guest experience. Core Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, floors, and common areas Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities Replenish guest room supplies and toiletries Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Ensure all rooms meet Days Inn cleanliness and quality standards Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly Follow all hotel safety and hygiene procedures Laundry Duties Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Sort and separate linens according to hotel standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Monitor linen inventory and report shortages or damaged items Additional Duties Properly handle and report lost and found items Respond to guest requests such as extra towels, linens, or amenities Assist with maintaining cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas Skills & Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work efficiently throughout shifts Good time management and organizational skills Basic communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required Work Environment Fast-paced hotel environment Weekend, holiday, and flexible shift availability required Daily interaction with guests and team members
