Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and buffing to ensure a pristine appearance Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote health and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and courteously Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing Support overall housekeeping management by adhering to schedules and maintaining detailed cleaning logs Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform sanitation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and handling linens with care Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and sanitizing tools Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless spaces that make people feel comfortable and cared for!
