Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the management team for prompt resolution. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and infection control protocols. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest service excellence. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
