Execute detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms to uphold health standards. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly. Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to maximize cleaning efficiency. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleanings within designated periods while maintaining quality standards. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly preferred. Experience with commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Previous work involving laundry services or custodial responsibilities demonstrates reliability and attention to detail. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments can provide valuable insights into high-quality housekeeping standards.
