Job description Immediate Position Available Part time or possible Full Time

Ptac cleaning small room repairs as needed Battery Testing door locks other duties as assigned Support Front Desk and Guests Collects soiled linens for laundering and received and stores linen supplies in appropriate locations. Janitorial duties
Take out trash, clean common areas and other duties as assigned. Sets up tables and chairs to meet the function specifications Cleans meeting space, including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, etc. Cleans up after events Other duties as assigned Light Maintenance Sets up tables and chairs to meet the function specifications Physical Demands
Lifting 50 lbs.

maximum with lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling.
