This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and families. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates respect and compassion for residents, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, per diem work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of Veterans. Key Responsibilities
+ Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and clinical spaces
+ Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
+ Follow infection control and safety procedures in accordance with facility guidelines
+ Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility
+ Maintain confidentiality and respect for residents at all times
+ Work cooperatively with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team What We Offer

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care, is a plus
+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures

+ Compassionate and respectful approach when working around elderly and disabled residents
