Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Ensure that all amenities and supplies are stocked and replenished as needed. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all rooms are spotless and prepared for guest arrivals. Follow all cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and team members. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist in laundry duties when necessary and ensure all linens are properly cared for. Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a high-end or luxury hotel setting. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor. Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
