Job Overview We are seeking motivated and reliable Professional Cleaning Subcontractors to deliver exceptional cleaning services across a variety of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will be the key to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients by applying your expertise in cleaning, sanitation, and customer service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces, and Airbnbs including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and upholstery maintenance to meet client standards Maintain high levels of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines Manage janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are tidy and organized Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and addressing any concerns promptly Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Keep detailed records of completed work and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (e.g., polishing, waxing), carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies as well as laundry processes Experience in specialized cleaning areas such as upholstery care or deep sanitation is a plus Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service Join us as a Professional Cleaning Subcontractor and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence!
