Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or clients' requests promptly and professionally Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts for larger projects Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Prior hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus Familiarity with carpet cleaning tools and methods enhances your versatility in this role Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high standards of cleanliness Join our team if you're passionate about creating pristine spaces that make residents or guests feel comfortable and cared for!
