  • Part-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike. A strong background in custodial work, floor care, and hospitality is preferred. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of floors through effective floor care techniques. Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed in larger facilities or commercial spaces. Adhere to housekeeping management protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Provide exceptional service to guests while respecting their privacy and personal space. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and moving furniture as necessary.
