Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication ensures that every guest experiences comfort, safety, and a spotless environment during their stay. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment. Perform floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, surface disinfection, and detailed cleaning of common areas like lobbies and corridors. Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas. Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures to protect both guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance. Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to operate industrial cleaning tools safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels.
