Job Description

•Please note: We only follow up with applicants who have read the whole job description and follow the instructions on how to apply.•Housekeeping Team (aka "Sleep Operations ") The Sleep Operations team plays an important role within our turnover/housekeeping team. This position is suitable for a person who likes to work independently and takes pride in conscientious, detail-oriented, aesthetically-sensitive work, and has the ability to clearly communicate and constructively collaborate with both upper management and team members. The Sleep Operations team has the ability to: Communicate clearly + constructively. Engage in a good-natured way with guests, staff, and management. Learn and utilize organizational technology (Asana, Notion, Expensify). Propose additions or improvements to existing organizational systems. Lift 40 lbs regularly.
Individual Responsibilities:
Keep a keen eye for the guest experience - clean and arrange guest rooms/cabins to established Tops'l standards for guest arrival Clean and maintain property event spaces and accomodations Event barn, yurt space, campground cabins + bathhouse Farmhouse, cider house, and cottage Perform laundry duties as necessary Stock and maintain housekeeping inventory Report to Manager any cabin/property damages or repairs needed Report all lost and found items according to protocol Photos, dates & descriptions into Asana, tag Manager Items into physical file box in event barn, labeled with location + date found Note any repairs and maintenance needed in Tops'l accomodations, report those in Asana & tag
Manager Reporting:
While this is very much a self-directed position, and the Sleep Operations team should expect to work autonomously for most of the season, they report to and work collaboratively with the Property Manager to ensure the needs and operations of the SLOPS department are symbiotic with the operations of the other departments and the Tops'l Farm business overall.
Schedule:
Part time, seasonal 10-30 hours/week. Custom set weekly schedule.
Compensation:
