Housekeeping and Laundry Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and laundry facilities. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are cleaned according to specifications. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist with special requests from guests or management regarding additional cleaning tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
