Job Description Quality Cleaning Connection is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We specialize in Airbnb turnovers. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of delivering a clean, welcoming space for guests.

Schedule Typical shift:

11:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM Some early starts: 9:30 AM Average shift length: 4-5 hours Minimum 1 cleaning per day (occasionally 2) Schedules are based on guest check-out (11 AM) and check-in (3-4 PM). Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all areas of the property (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces) Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect high-touch surfaces Change bed linens and towels Wash, dry, and fold laundry when required Restock toiletries and essential supplies Reset and stage the property for incoming guests Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues Communicate with Lead Cleaner as needed Ensure all cleanings meet company quality standards Requirements Reliable transportation (required) Ability to travel to Auburn Hills, Lake Orion area Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently Cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Compensation & Perks Weekly pay (Zelle, Venmo, or ACH) Flexible schedule based on availability Important Information This is a 1099 independent contractor position Work is based on cleaning demand, bookings & YOUR work ethic
