Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Uphold the principles of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests while respecting their privacy. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow established cleaning protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
