About us The Warren Hotel is a boutique hotel in Bridgman, Michigan. We're a small team, and we care about our guests having a great stay. A clean room is the first thing they notice, which is why this role matters. What you'll do Clean and reset guest rooms between stays: beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, windows Restock linens, towels, and amenities to our room standards Keep common areas tidy and guest-ready Handle laundry, folding, and linen inventory Flag maintenance issues so we can fix them before the next guest arrives Report lost and found items What we're looking for Someone reliable who shows up when scheduled An eye for detail, especially the things most people walk past Comfortable working independently once you know the routine Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet through a shift Weekend and holiday availability, since that's when we're busiest Housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Schedule and pay Hours vary week to week based on how booked we are, so this works best for someone with flexible availability. We post the schedule at least one week in advance and usually two, so you can plan around it. Most cleaning happens between check-out and check-in, so expect midday hours. Summer is our busiest stretch. Pay is $20/hour. This position does not include benefits.
