In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that all areas are spotless, well-organized, and properly maintained. Additionally, you will handle laundry operations with efficiency and care, ensuring all linens and clothing are cleaned to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive experience for everyone we serve. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facility spaces using established procedures and safety standards Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and clothing items Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines with proper safety precautions Ensure all cleaning supplies and laundry products are stocked and properly stored Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly disinfecting surfaces and removing trash Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning routines to the appropriate personnel Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to create a safe environment for staff and guests Skills Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork Ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in creating a welcoming space where cleanliness meets comfort!
