This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction within our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and custodial services, with experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality excellence is required to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and other common areas Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed Support the management team with housekeeping management tasks when required Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management roles is a plus Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in a commercial setting Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers an opportunity to be part of a professional team committed to providing exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and hospitality service.
