Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring that all guests have a delightful dining experience. You will assist in meal preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the overall operations of the breakfast area. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and beverages. Breakfast time should be early in the morning at 5.00 Am Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Assist in meal preparation, including cooking and presenting breakfast items. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their needs. Maintain inventory of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Support catering events as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus. Experience as a dietary aide or in catering can be beneficial. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
