Job Description
One part-time and one full-time position available. Housekeeper Shift 8a-4-pm, includes every other weekend. Thoroughly clean resident rooms as assigned - including mopping floor; washing windows and dusting. Empty resident waste baskets Clean all common areas as assigned - including restrooms, offices, entryways and lobby. Dusting all furniture, lamps/light fixtures, handrails, baseboards, etc. Clean and sanitizes restrooms including toilets, sinks, and floors. Refill paper towels and toilet tissue. Replace soap dispenser when empty or very low. Use safe and proper techniques for chemicals and cleaning solutions. Follow directions for use of all cleaning products and equipment Properly store products, tools, supplies and housekeeping carts MUST pass Pre Hire Drug Screen , Pre Hire Physical, Criminal Background Check (no misdemeanors or felonies) and Finger Print collection. Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks, follow cleaning schedule routine, mopping, dusting, window washing, bed washing, sanitation of general areas and resident rooms, stand on a ladder as needed, stand for long periods of time, push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds as needed. Must be able to squat, kneel, reach, twist, walk routinely as part of daily duties.
