Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. Your efforts will directly contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring our property remains spotless, safe, and inviting. Responsibilities Primary

• Handle laundry duties such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels efficiently.

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Follow safety procedures related to chemical agent handling and use Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure safe practices. Conduct floor care activities including mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property. Manage custodial tasks in public areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Adhere to hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Utilize manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks associated with laundry loads or cleaning equipment while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial/custodial experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability in cleaning techniques across various surfaces and industrial cleaning methods. Knowledge of chemical agents handling and familiarity with SDS documentation for safe use of cleaning products. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required in laundry and cleaning duties. Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on hotel housekeeping management.
